We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Enterprise (Small Business) Insurance Team. You'll be servicing the day-to-day needs of our insureds and managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal. Other tasks include managing and delegating work as needed to assistant account managers and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of insurance account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service the day-to-day needs of insured clients.
