Here's where you come in: We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Enterprise (Small Business) Insurance Team. You'll be servicing the day to day needs of our insureds and managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal. Other tasks include managing and delegating work as needed to assistant account managers and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC).
Requirements
- Well versed in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- At least 3 years insurance account management experience
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities
- Servicing the day to day needs of our insureds
- Managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal
- Managing and delegating work as needed to assistant account managers
- Maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC)
