Successful candidates will reside in southwest Michigan for frequent travel within the territory. Company Vehicle Provided You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to small business and commercial customers. Tasks include the installation of energy-efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre, and post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders, to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits, or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions. Here at CLEAResult, you will fit right in with our energetic team if you are resourceful, resilient, and kind.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of relevant industry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 21+ with a clean valid drivers license
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
- Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
- Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
- Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct commercial energy audits of smaller scale, less complex commercial buildings (ex. Rite Aid)
- Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.
- Provide input and status updates to program staff
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
- Travel throughout a defined territory
