About The Position

We’re a well‑established commercial electrical contractor looking for a Project / Billing Coordinator who understands how construction jobs really run — plans, schedules, paperwork, and the details that matter. If you enjoy keeping projects organized, supporting field teams, and making sure billing and job records are accurate and complete, this could be a great fit. The Project / Billing Coordinator supports multiple commercial electrical projects by assisting with billing, documentation, and project organization. This role works closely with project managers and field crews to help ensure jobs stay on track and paperwork reflects what’s happening in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial electrical projects from the office
