All-State Electrical is currently hiring in Metro Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas! We are looking for experienced commercial electrical foremen/superintendents to join our team. The position will be responsible for working with team members to manage and oversee the completion of commercial electrical installations in all phases of commercial projects. All-State Electrical has been in business for 26 years. Most of our work is with repeat customers, so attention to customer service is important. Culture – 100% improved lives our teams Job Description: The Foreman is accountable for the electrical installation of projects in an Efficient and Code Compliant manner. Foremen participate in project planning and manage the day-to-day activities that adhere to projected completion schedule. They are responsible for the management and training of on-site personnel. Foremen must be capable of managing large numbers of individuals and assigning project tasks based on experience. They must coordinate with multiple trades on site as well as office personnel. They are responsible for completing projects based on construction budget estimates and schedule restrictions. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Foremen must be able to adapt to the changing work environment while meeting all budgetary, financial, and operational goals. A foreman reports to the project manager and the executive officer.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years experience in the electrical industry, including experience running work.
  • Own basic hand tools and experience working with hand tools, power tool and electronic test equipment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings including drug test
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Formal apprenticeship training is preferred

  • Ensure materials, equipment and products are appropriate and accurate for installation
  • Represent All-State in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general public

  • Handle difficult customers, diagnostic issues, and pressure situations in a controlled manner.
