The Role We're hiring Commercial Electrical Foremen who command quality, safety, and efficiency to lead our Commercial Electrical Projects in the Roanoke Valley.

Requirements

Experience in managing/leading the production of commercial electrical installs for mult-million dollar projects
Experience in cutting, bending, threading and running 1/2" & 3/4", 1" electrical conduit materials
Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to instruct and teach the above tasks
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Experience with computers and technology; Smartsheet, Procore, Bluebeam i.e.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman or Master card preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects
Assign tasks, inspect electricians' work, monitor team performance, read blueprints, make sure quality standards are respected, and handle customer relations
Pull electrical wiring through electrical conduit.
Hook up/terminate electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
