Requirements
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordinating field service teams
- Strong organizational skills—you can handle chaos without becoming part of it
- Clear, confident communication (you’ll be talking to everyone)
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions quickly
- Comfortable with dispatch software and Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Electrical or trade industry experience is a big plus
