BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is seeking a dedicated Commercial Dispatcher to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. About the Role As a Commercial Dispatcher, you’ll be the backbone of our service operations, coordinating technician schedules, managing work orders, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and vendors. Working from home, you’ll play a critical role in delivering timely, high-quality service to our commercial clients with a national presence. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work on the weekends: if applicable
  • Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills to manage resources and meet goals.
  • Sound judgment and initiative to make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in commercial dispatching or customer service roles (a plus).
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily dispatch operations with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Generate and dispatch service request work orders to technicians per established protocols.
  • Create and manage technician schedules to ensure timely task completion.
  • Communicate promptly with internal and external customers within company-defined timelines.
  • Handle phone calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for work order updates, creation, or cancellation.
  • Add new vendors and locations to the system as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
