Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to lift to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring proper supply levels are maintained.
Maintain janitorial equipment and supply closets.
Respond to tenant or management requests promptly and professionally.
