About The Position

Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer service dealing with Commercial accounts. The Commercial Customer Service Representative works directly with our Commercial Division and with customers to discuss quotes, orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Commercial Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, multi-task and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience in Office setting required
  • Commercial experience preferred but will train the right person
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and managing customer accounts
  • Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
  • Schedule service and delivery orders
  • Coordinate schedules with the service/operations/sales team
  • Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
