We are searching for a Customer Success Manager to help continue building out our post-sale account management function and process. You'll be responsible for onboarding, managing, and expanding our commercial supply partnerships, comprised of parking operators and national real estate portfolios - including some of the largest REITs in the country. You will explore innovative ways to identify and optimize partnerships to maximize revenue and partner engagement and satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement, and iterate on business strategies to deliver growth and a positive experience. This role will work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
