Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with multi-level clientele within the commercial sector, displaying resounding verbal and written ability.
Expertly navigate support calls including technical assistance, billing, scheduling service calls and offering service solutions that build additional value.
Effectively partner with internal contacts to ensure the best possible service for your customers.
Continually maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
