About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of small to mid-sized commercial accounts across industries such as restaurants, construction, contracting, auto repair, small retail, and other small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial insurance is required.
Familiarity with Ezlynx software is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to commercial clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business across various carriers, including Travelers, State Auto, Nationwide, Westfield, Liberty Mutual, Merchants, and Penn National.
Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, with the majority of accounts ranging between $40,000 and $75,000.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and client needs.
