The Healthcare Education and Not For Profit (HENFP) banking group, part of the Commercial Bank, is seeking a Credit Officer II. HENFP supports the financial needs of various 501c3 not-for-profit clients, including healthcare, private universities, colleges, K-12 schools, cultural, professional, and social service organizations. The Credit Officer II (CO II) is a highly skilled resource offering expert-level advisory guidance for complex, integrated debt capital solutions for commercial banking clients. Products include lines of credit, term loans, real estate loans, and syndicated loans. The CO II manages all ancillary credit exposure to clients, maintains knowledge of other Bank of America products with credit exposure (like Investment Banking and Treasury Management), and leverages product expertise to deliver optimal strategic solutions. This role reports to the Commercial Credit Manager or Executive and is aligned with an Underwriting Team supporting the market.
