About The Position

At Bank of America, the Commercial Credit Officer II (CO II) is responsible for managing clients and related credit products, partnering closely with relationship management, sales/trading, treasury management, operations, and risk teams to support client relationships. Key responsibilities include underwriting, monitoring, managing operational needs, and client requests. This role involves credit-focused client management, independent thought leadership, strong leadership skills, and the ability to provide feedback to less experienced teammates, potentially managing a team. The CO II is a highly skilled resource, offering expert-level advisory guidance for complex, integrated debt capital solutions, including lines of credit, term loans, real estate loans, and syndicated loans. This role manages all ancillary credit exposure to clients, maintains knowledge of other BofA products with credit exposure (like Investment Banking and Treasury Management), and leverages product expertise to deliver optimal strategic solutions.
