About The Position
The Freedom Bank Commercial Credit Internship Program is a 6-week program, June 22nd - July 31st , designed for college rising Seniors. Gives interns hands-on credit experience while allowing them to gain a strong understanding of the complexities of the Commercial Banking business. This internship is an opportunity to make a lasting impression through collaboration on client deliverables and strategic business initiatives. Whether your role is participating in financial statement analyses or reviewing credit and risk exposures, your work will have a direct impact on the Commercial Bank's corporate clients. Training and Development Complete critical banking modules in our Moody's Analytics Omega Performance credit and corporate finance on-line training Learn how Freedom Bank and businesses make money Centralized onboarding as well as on-the-job training Continued focus on leadership skills including presentation skills, problem solving and networking Complete the summer capstone project and presentation Exposure Some business areas included: Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate Finance, Treasury Services, Consumer Banking, Risk Management, IT, Operations, Compliance, Finance Contact with leadership teams, business units and products Online networking and participation in community events Go on client calls and attend networking events Support Continuous support and mentorship from all levels of management. Experienced peer buddy assigned during each rotation to oversee daily work, product and performance. Consistent support from executives and advisors to support personal development and career goals. Certificate of Completion Requirements Graduate from on-line Moody's Analytics Omega Performance training Career Growth Top performing Interns may receive an offer for full time employment in our Corporate Banking Analyst Program.
