Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a lead foreman, field manager, or construction project manager

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate communication between clients, design teams, and field crews.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of construction.
• Review drawings, revisions, truss designs, and panel layouts for accuracy and cost impact.
• Plan jobsite logistics, schedules, and material deliveries.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Track project budgets, job costs, and monthly financial performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings to maintain progress and alignment.
