About The Position

We are seeking experienced and dependable Construction Carpenters to join our concrete division on a large-scale commercial project involving the construction of a distribution center. This role focuses on formwork, layout, and structural support for concrete operations in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial carpentry, preferably in concrete/formwork
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong understanding of concrete forming systems and layout
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, and standing for long periods
• Reliable transportation to jobsite
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass E-Verify
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must comply with all site-specific requirements for Amazon projects

Responsibilities

• Build, set, and strip concrete forms for slabs, walls, columns, and footings
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal formwork accurately
• Assist with layout and alignment for concrete pours
• Install embeds, anchor bolts, and other structural components
• Maintain proper grade and elevation using levels and lasers
• Work closely with concrete crews to ensure quality and efficiency
• Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety standards at all times
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Perform general carpentry and labor tasks as needed on-site
