About The Position

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Laborers to support our concrete division on a large-scale distribution center project. This role is critical in assisting with all phases of concrete work including site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing on a fast-paced commercial jobsite.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, working outdoors)
• Strong work ethic and reliability-must show up ready to work
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Proficient in English
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction or concrete experience preferred (but not required)
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including grading, digging, and material staging
• Support formwork installation and removal for slabs, walls, and structural components
• Help place and spread concrete during pours
• Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, debris removal, and maintaining jobsite organization
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist skilled trades (carpenters, finishers, operators) as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
• Load/unload materials and ensure proper handling of equipment
