Join our growing commercial flooring team! We are looking for a skilled Concrete Polisher to support projects throughout the region. This role focuses on high -quality commercial concrete polishing and also includes work with fluid -applied flooring systems. Requirements
- Experience in concrete polishing or commercial flooring preferred
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to 2020 E Washington Blvd and job sites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and company standards
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial concrete polishing, grinding, and surface preparation
- Install and assist with fluid -applied flooring systems
- Operate polishing and prep equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
- Travel to job sites throughout Fort Wayne and nearby areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
