About The Position

Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) has an immediate need for a part-time Commercial Cleaner. This position will mostly start at 4 am in Farmington Hills 4-5 days per week. Other job locations will be Livonia, Novi, Westland, and Detroit. This position is eligible for mileage reimbursement. RELIABLE TRANSPORTAION IS A MUST!!! The minimum scheduled time for this role is 30 hours per week. Note: Upon expressing interest for this position, there is an application that will be sent. The application must be completed in order to be considered for this role. Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, ECS provides custodial services across southeast Michigan. The commercial cleaner is responsible for ensuring client facilities are clean and well-maintained. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude is a must. A s uccessful candidate in this role is punctual, can work independently and as part of a team, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Sanitize and disinfecting all high-touch surface areas
Clean bathrooms (sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc.)
Empty trash bins
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
