About The Position

Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) has an immediate need for a part-time Commercial Cleaner. The position is based in Novi and will work primarily from 5 pm to 8 pm 3-4 days per week. The minimum scheduled time for this position is 9 hours per week including weekends. This position is great for a teenager looking to work a few hours after school, someone looking to make a little extra on the side, or a retiree looking to stay busy. Note: Upon expressing interest for this position, there is an application that will be sent. The application must be completed in order to be considered for this role. Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, ECS provides custodial services across southeast Michigan. The commercial cleaner is responsible for ensuring client facilities are clean and well-maintained. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude is a must. A s uccessful candidate in this role is punctual, can work independently and as part of a team, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Sanitize and disinfecting all high-touch surface areas
Clean bathrooms (sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc.)
Empty trash bins
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
