This role is responsible for developing new commercial relationships to prospects and clients and selling bank services & products to them. Incumbents typically do not have credit authority. Maximize existing relationship to drive new commercial business for all product lines and match client needs with appropriate products. Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting new business and making appropriate referrals. Develop a referral business process model and strategy to maintain & expand referral sources. Gather client data to be used in the selling process. Represent UMB and participate in community related, business and philanthropic events/activities to build network of prospects. Other duties as assigned.
