Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling into commercial or enterprise -level clients
  • Demonstrated success in service -based, B2B, or industrial sales environments
  • Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or related industries is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Self -motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently and execute with discipline
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Duluth market and surrounding areas

Responsibilities
