About The Position

We are seeking a results -driven Commercial Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and revenue growth in the Los Angeles area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will leverage your deep industry expertise and established network to strengthen our presence in the Southern California restoration market. This role is critical to advancing our mission of delivering exceptional water, fire, and mold restoration services to commercial clients. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating high -value client relationships, and driving consistent performance in a competitive landscape. The ideal candidate is a self -starter with a proven history of success in business development within the restoration or construction -related industries, with a strong focus on the Los Angeles market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the restoration, construction, or property services industry.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and expanding client portfolios in the Los Angeles market.
  • Established book of business with active relationships among commercial property owners, managers, and insurance partners in Los Angeles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Highly self -motivated, with a results -oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Must provide professional references and pass a background check with a clean criminal record.
  • Candidates must be currently based in or have strong professional ties to the Los Angeles area; no relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in the Los Angeles region.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and other key decision -makers across Los Angeles.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within commercial restoration and related service sectors.
  • Deliver compelling client presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up -to -date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data in the company CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decision -making.
