About The Position

We are representing a well -established restoration organization seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market. This is a relationship -driven, commercially focused sales role targeting decision -makers across property management, facilities, asset management, and other commercial verticals. The role requires a professional capable of building long -term referral relationships and generating sustained revenue growth. This is not a transactional sales role and not a residential -focused position. The right candidate understands long sales cycles, consultative selling, and how to position a service -based organization as a trusted partner. Success in this role is measured by consistent revenue production, depth of commercial relationships, and strategic market penetration.

Requirements

  • Documented success selling into a commercial vertical
  • Stable tenure and proven performance history
  • Experience in a service -based industry preferred
  • Restoration industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Ability to operate independently and manage territory effectively
