Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the restoration industry or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
• Established book of business with strong relationships in the assigned market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self -motivated, with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to problem -solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.
• Must provide professional references and pass a background check with a clean criminal record.
• No relocation assistance available; candidates must be based in or have strong connections to the Anaheim, Los Angeles, or San Diego areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the assigned territory
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision -makers, including property managers, insurance professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within the restoration industry or related fields, leveraging your existing book of business.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
