About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results -driven Commercial Building Sales Executive to identify, market, and sell commercial properties. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and experienced in commercial real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or property sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
  • Self -motivated with a strong sales mindset
  • Real estate license (required where applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial property sales
  • Prospect and build relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients
  • Conduct property evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive pricing
  • List and market commercial buildings through various channels
  • Arrange property viewings and client meetings
  • Prepare and present proposals, financial summaries, and sales agreements
  • Negotiate terms and close sales transactions
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth closings
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity
  • Stay updated on local market trends, zoning regulations, and property laws
