About The Position

Power great cups—one service call at a time Farmer Brothers’ Revive™ Service & Restoration team exists to keep coffee and tea flowing. As a Commercial Beverage Dispenser Service & Installation Technician, you’ll be a trusted on-the-road expert who installs new brewing systems, restores down equipment, and ensures customers get consistent, quality beverages. Your mission Own your territory. Show up prepared with the right parts, resolve issues quickly, and leave each site confident that the equipment is performing to standard—with accurate documentation to back it up. Core impact areas Field work across a designated geography: installs, removals, repairs, commissioning, and site surveys for coffee and beverage equipment. Responsiveness: scheduled PMs and unscheduled emergencies, plus participation in an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation. Inventory discipline: maintain proper spare parts levels and reorder within company guidelines. Operational excellence: complete call closures; record precise work details and time; finalize invoices; capture all required customer signatures. Project execution: contribute to planning, scheduling, and implementing equipment installations. Communication: provide timely updates to customers; share feedback and requests with management and cross-functional partners. Performance: adhere to service level agreements; prioritize tasks to meet commitments. Schedule and travel scope Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. On-call: required, including weekends. Territory: typically a 100-mile driving radius; regional travel may be needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years mechanical/technical experience.
  • Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
  • Willing and able to travel within a 100+ mile radius of the branch location.
  • Diagnostic strength and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently.
  • Comfort with both planned and urgent work: emergency calls, preventive maintenance, surveys, and installations.
  • Clear communicator—written and verbal—with standout customer service.
