About The Position

Commercial Beverage Dispenser Service Engineer Fuel hospitality. Power coffee programs. Farmer Brothers’ Revive™ Service & Restoration team keeps coffee and tea experiences consistent and reliable. In this role, you’ll be the technical heartbeat on the ground—installing, maintaining, and restoring brewing and dispensing systems so our customers never miss a pour. Your impact Own the life cycle of beverage equipment in your territory: installation, maintenance, repair, and removal. Deliver both scheduled service and rapid-response support: preventative maintenance, emergency calls, site surveys, and full installs. Share customer insights with management and partner teams to elevate programs and performance. Uphold service level agreements and manage priorities with strong time management. Collaboration and craft Join the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation to ensure continuous coverage. Maintain van stock—spare parts and tools—within replenishment guidelines so you’re always prepared. Plan, schedule, and execute installations with precision and clear communication. Document every job meticulously: call closure steps, detailed work performed, accurate invoices, and required customer signatures. Schedule and travel Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. On-call coverage required, including weekends. Territory: Predominantly a 100-mile driving radius; occasional regional travel may be needed. What you bring Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of mechanical/technical experience Foodservice exposure preferred Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and test meters preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to travel within a 100+ mile radius of the branch Diagnostic mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently Comfort handling both planned and unplanned service work, including emergencies Professional strengths Polished written and verbal communication Customer-centric service and relationship building Alignment with business goals; proactively identifies growth opportunities Applies new knowledge quickly; self-directed with minimal supervision Sound judgment and decisive action Collaborative approach across teams and with customers Success in this role In your first months, you’ll be known for clear communication, reliable response times, organized inventory, and airtight documentation—hallmarks of a trusted service engineer who keeps beverage programs performing day after day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of mechanical/technical experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel within a 100+ mile radius of the branch
  • Diagnostic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently
  • Comfort handling both planned and unplanned service work, including emergencies
  • Polished written and verbal communication
