IBD Commercial Banking Service Representative II
About The Position
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a customer-focused Commercial Banking Service Representative II to join our International Banking Department (IBD). In this role, you will be r esponsible for providing (directly and/or through the Commercial Banking Officer) customer service, sales, and operational banking and lending support with focus on commercial banking customers. The International Banking Department ("IBD") - Commercial Banking Service Representative ("CBSR") is also responsible for providing administrative support to the IBD Manager, and IBD Commercial Banking Officers including but not limited to assisting with preparation of various management reports, customer correspondence, coordinating schedules and travel arrangements. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Compensation: The hourly salary range for this role is $22.50-$28.50/hour; commensurate with experience. Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience in banking/financial services
- Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS)
- Basic understanding of financial products and services (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- 2 years of experience in commercial loan documentation, cash management, service delivery and/or branch operations
- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative positions
- 2 years of experience working in a bilingual (English and Japanese) environment
