About The Position

Commercial Banking Sales Performance Facilitator Location : In-Office at any of Zions Bancorporation’s Major Hubs: Salt Lake City, Houston, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Denver (May consider other Zions Bancorporation Affiliate locations for the right candidate.) Travel Required: Up to 25% Are you passionate about helping others succeed through engaging learning experiences? Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Commercial Sales Performance Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone with strong facilitation skills and experience in training, coaching, or sales enablement. Experience in commercial or small business banking is preferred. What You’ll Do: Facilitate dynamic and effective sales training in both in-person and virtual classroom settings. Develop and deliver blended learning programs that drive adoption of proven sales methodologies. Coach and support sales managers and sales teams post-training to ensure sustained behavior change. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales leadership, product, marketing, and enablement to embed training into daily workflows. Monitor and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify and overcome adoption barriers. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create impactful learning experiences. Contribute subject matter expertise to projects that integrate sales training into operational processes. Who You Are: Requires a bachelor's in Finance, Business or a related field and 4+ years of commercial lending, credit, banking, sales training practices and procedures or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements. Experienced facilitator with strong communication and coaching skills. Background in training, learning & development, or sales enablement. Commercial and/or small business banking experience preferred. Requirements
