About The Position

As a Commercial Auto Implementation Specialist, you will support and lead initiatives that strengthen AssuranceAmerica’s Commercial Auto programs. From event planning to marketing communications, incentive tracking, and agency collaboration, you will help drive the success and visibility of our Commercial Auto business line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrative ease with both verbal and written formats.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple levels of activity without compromise to results.
  • Must possess analytical ability at a level to interact with associates, managers, agents, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and apply data in business decisions.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make autonomous decisions.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and effectively work both independently and in a group.
  • Strong knowledge of agency operations, insurance products, and underwriting fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to grow business in a competitive market.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate expos, trainings, agent appreciation events, national sales meetings, and other Commercial Auto events.
  • Webinar Implementation: Manage webinar coordination, including invitations, attendee tracking and pre/post-training follow-up.
  • Marketing Communications: Develop and distribute impactful Commercial Auto marketing communications and campaign materials.
  • Incentive Tracking and Communication: Monitor and report on incentive programs while ensuring clear communication to agents and leadership.
  • Social Media Marketing: Assist in promoting Commercial Auto initiatives across digital and social platforms.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to hold stakeholders accountable and ensure successful project execution.
  • Assist with agency quoting to maximize sales opportunities and accelerate turnaround time
  • Ability to travel extensively as required, approximately 35%
