About The Position

The Commercial Assistant Property Manager supports the efficient operation of Red Rock’s commercial property portfolio by assisting with daily property management activities, coordinating tenant and vendor communications, and maintaining accurate operational and financial records. This role plays an important part in ensuring properties are well-maintained, organized, and professionally managed while providing a positive experience for tenants and property owners.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
  • Basic understanding of commercial leases, property operations, and maintenance coordination preferred.
  • Ability to track budgets, invoices, and financial documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to address tenant and operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the property management team.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of commercial leases, property operations, and maintenance coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Daily Operations: Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial properties, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for tenants, vendors, and property owners.
  • Tenant Communication: Serve as a point of contact for tenants by responding to inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Vendor & Service Coordination: Communicate with vendors to schedule maintenance and repairs, track work progress, and confirm completion in accordance with property standards.
  • Budget & Expense Tracking: Support financial oversight by tracking invoices, expenses, purchase orders, and other property-related financial documentation.
  • Recordkeeping & Compliance: Maintain organized and up-to-date property files, including leases, contracts, and compliance documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the property management team, including reporting, scheduling, documentation, and general coordination.
