Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical service and/or outside sales (commercial pools, water treatment, HVAC, or related industries preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer‑facing abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region (including occasional overnight stays)
  • Ability to perform light physical work related to equipment and installations
  • Willingness to complete Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification within one year of hire

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a regional sales territory for commercial aquatic systems
  • Perform hands‑on technical work, including system installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand service and maintenance contracts
  • Coordinate projects and scheduling with remote technical and operations teams
  • Support customers with technical guidance and product expertise
  • Represent Aquafinity at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
