About The Position
Mr. Appliance of Temecula is hiring for an Appliance Repair Technician for Commercial Appliances, Restaurant Equipment and other business appliances. (Note: We have 2 other locations, Huntington Beach and Rancho Cucamonga, which are hiring as well- text 909-418-4457 if those locations interest you, or pass on the info if you know someone! :) . Our service professional position is not just a job. If you have the skills it takes to repair appliances, your talents will NOT go unnoticed or under-appreciated here. We prefer the title Service Professional rather than Repair Tech because, while you are likely a TECH, through and through, and you love the challenge these repairs bring, your chosen career is not something that can be taught to any handy person who shows up. Your skills are hard to come by and require a high level of thinking and problem solving under the pressure of making or breaking the day for the client. To boot, you also are able to utilize these skills at a professional level. And while we are excited for you to shine for our clients and have them look forward to YOUR truck rolling in to save the day, we also want you to be able to be the hero at home. Requirements
- Valid Drivers License with good driving record
- Responsible. Honest. Trustworthy. Own Your Actions. Open to Learning. Good Memory.
- Understanding of basic electric and plumbing principles for diagnosing, problem solving.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocol.
- Work experience as an appliance repair technician or in a similar field with the aptitude to learn the trade.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Desire to strengthen and build, with the company's best interest in mind.
