THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it As the Director of Analytics, you will lead the end-to-end media and marketing analytics agenda that powers Sportsbook growth. You will set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how we measure performance, understand customers, and optimize our most important marketing bets across the funnel. You’ll own the translation of data into clear recommendations – turning complex performance trends into clear, strategic narratives that shape how we invest, how we acquire and retain customers, and how we unlock step-change improvements in ROI. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, orchestrate cross-functional efforts across Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics, and leverage data/automation/AI to transform decision making. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a leader who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels, and drive measurable business outcomes through analytics, storytelling, and influence. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined below, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play Set the Commercial Analytics Vision & Strategy: Define and own the Sportsbook Analytics vision, roadmap, and operating model, with a focus on both media and customer marketing performance. Prioritize the analytics agenda against the highest-impact opportunities and establish what "great" looks like for measurement, reporting, and decision support. Performance Analysis, Insights & Measurement: Oversee in-depth performance analysis across channels, campaigns, and segments to identify trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities. Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations & govern KPI frameworks and reporting that provide a single source of truth for senior leaders. Demonstrated Media Expertise: An in-depth understanding of media channels at a granular level across the full funnel, providing tailored partner level insights and making practical recommendations across the full media mix. Automation & Tooling: Lead the strategy for automation and self-service, shifting stakeholders from manual, ad hoc work to scalable tools and data products. Drive the development of automated CRM targeting, dashboards, and reusable analytics assets that enable faster, more precise marketing and commercial execution. Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as the primary analytics thought partner to Commercial, Marketing, and cross-functional leaders, embedding data-driven decision-making into planning and execution. Create clarity and alignment across teams by ensuring shared definitions of success, consistent reporting, and clear visibility into performance drivers and tradeoffs. High-Impact Initiatives: Own a portfolio of high-impact analytics initiatives from opportunity sizing through execution and impact tracking. Bring structure, discipline, and urgency to these efforts, ensuring rigorous prioritization, clear ownership, and measurable business outcomes for the Sportsbook. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing analytics team with strong technical, commercial, and storytelling capabilities. Set clear expectations, coach for impact, and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement that raises the bar for analytics across the organization.
