About The Position

In this role, you will partner closely with VIP and Strategy teams to drive revenue growth, client engagement, and retention across a high-value customer segment. You will operate at the intersection of data, commercial strategy, and client operations, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that directly influence client outcomes. Acting as a sales enablement and analytics partner, you will proactively surface opportunities and shape targeted action plans for relationship managers. The role offers broad exposure across regions, products, and client cohorts in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will support strategic initiatives, campaign optimization, and portfolio health analysis. This position is ideal for a commercially minded analyst who thrives on turning insight into impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, sales analytics, or strategy-oriented roles
  • Proven experience partnering with revenue-driving or sales-adjacent teams in a commercial environment
  • Strong SQL skills and experience manipulating large, complex transactional datasets
  • Ability to move beyond dashboards to deliver insight-driven, actionable analysis
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of client behavior, incentives, revenue levers, and unit economics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and client-facing teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end commercial and revenue analytics for the VIP segment, including trading activity, volumes, revenue contribution, engagement trends, and client lifecycle metrics
  • Identify and quantify revenue expansion opportunities across regions, products, and client cohorts based on behavior, tenure, and activity patterns
  • Act as a sales enablement partner to relationship managers by translating data into actionable insights that improve client conversations and outcomes
  • Convert analysis into client-level talking points, targeted outreach lists, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and performance narratives
  • Support pre-campaign, in-campaign, and post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness, optimize execution, and measure ROI
  • Proactively surface growth opportunities within the VIP client base, including dormant accounts, declining activity, or underpenetrated products
  • Partner with leadership, strategy, and product teams to design and evaluate incentives and cohort-specific initiatives
  • Build and maintain performance analytics covering portfolio health, relationship manager effectiveness, and client engagement
  • Identify data gaps and improve reporting frameworks to enable faster, better-informed commercial decision-making
  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives such as segmentation evolution, coverage model optimization, and go-to-market planning
