About The Position

Zions Bank is seeking a Commercial / Agricultural Relationship Manager to support the Lewiston and Moscow, Idaho markets. The role primarily focuses on assisting businesses with various capital expenditure and working capital needs in the production, manufacturing, and service sectors within the bank's footprint. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in banking, finance or other related field and 4+ years credit associated Agricultural lending or 7+ years related Ag experience.
  • Working knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis and lending.
  • Ability to increase loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.
  • Familiarity of the sales, loan processing and closing processes.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of a software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans.
  • Contribute to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional banking products.
  • Aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.
  • Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment, loan structuring, credit analysis, critical thinking, and monitoring credit performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
