As the Commercial Project Manager, you will manage incoming commercial garage door projects and coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to keep both scheduled work and time-sensitive emergency requests moving smoothly. You will serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients and national accounts, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution across multiple job sites. Working closely with the General Manager and office team, you will oversee materials, site checks, scheduling, and overall project flow. You will also help maintain key commercial relationships and support the growth of larger commercial projects while making a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational success.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial account management, B2B property management, facility services, construction, or service-based industries preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with regional and corporate decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while managing multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM or field service software such as ServiceTitan, or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial accounts and build strong client relationships
  • Oversee all incoming projects, including emergency service requests, and participate in an on-call rotation
  • Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams across multiple job sites
  • Ensure work meets quality, safety, and performance standards
  • Track project progress, budgets, and performance
  • Support new business opportunities and account growth
  • Ensure subcontractors clearly understand scope, timelines, and site conditions
  • Verify quality of work, completion status, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate estimates, work orders, scheduling, and dispatch across regions
  • Conduct site checks and pre-job planning
  • Review margin targets and track KPIs to optimize performance
