Agiloft is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and results-driven professional to join our dynamic Account Management team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption, renewal management, and expansion across our Commercial customer base. In this role, you will manage a higher-volume book of business, partnering closely with Customer Success to ensure retention while identifying expansion opportunities. You will apply Agiloftâs AI-enhanced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities to help customers improve efficiency, visibility, and control across their contracting processes. This position is ideal for an early- to mid-career SaaS professional who excels in execution, relationship management, and efficient deal cycles, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers. You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be willing to wear multiple hats.
