Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (bonus points if you’ve built accounts from scratch).
  • A knack for relationship building, negotiation, and turning “no” into “yes.”
  • Self-starter energy—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.
  • Comfortable traveling to meet clients and close deals face-to-face.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred but not required if you have the drive + results to back it up.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth: Create and execute a winning B2B sales strategy targeting restaurants, hotels, offices, and more.
  • Win trust: Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and become their go-to advisor.
  • Crush goals: Prospect, cold call, and close contracts that expand Moxie’s footprint.
  • Own the details: Manage accounts, track no-shows, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Shape the future: Help design sales processes, mentor future reps, and grow into leadership.
