About The Position

Rolling Suds is a fast-growing commercial exterior cleaning company serving premium properties across Northern Virginia and expanding into Maryland. We've doubled our revenue year-over-year and are positioned to double again in 2026. Our client base is 77% commercial, including property management companies, HOAs, military installations, and commercial facilities throughout the DMV area. We specialize in pressure washing and exterior cleaning services that keep properties looking professional and well-maintained. We're looking for a relationship-focused B2B sales professional who understands that closing the deal is just the beginning. Property managers don't want to talk to a different person every time they call - they want ONE trusted partner who knows their properties and gets things done. In this role, you'll be that partner from initial estimate through project completion and beyond. You'll prospect new commercial accounts, build lasting relationships with property managers and facility directors, and own the customer experience throughout the service lifecycle. This isn't a "close and move on" position - you'll stay connected with your clients, ensuring quality service delivery and earning repeat business through trust and consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience (commercial services, facilities management, property management, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills - you genuinely enjoy staying connected with clients long-term
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client-facing situations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and territory
  • Comfortable with site visits and in-person meetings throughout the DMV area
  • Detail-oriented - you'll be managing proposals, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience with CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify commercial leads in Northern Virginia and Maryland markets (property managers, facility directors, HOA boards)
  • Conduct site visits and create detailed proposals for exterior cleaning projects
  • Follow up on estimates and nurture prospects through our CRM system
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, with a focus on recurring maintenance agreements
  • Conduct pre-service confirmation calls one week before scheduled jobs
  • Perform post-service quality assurance follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships with property management companies and commercial clients
  • Collaborate with our admin and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track all activity and pipeline in our CRM system
