About The Position

Best Ford is expanding—and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Commercial Account Executive to help grow our fleet and commercial service business at our brand-new Pro Elite Commercial Service Center. This is not a sit-at-a-desk role. This is a high-impact, outside sales position focused on building partnerships with local businesses and keeping their vehicles on the road.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or outside sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive or fleet experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with local businesses, municipalities, and fleet operators
  • Generate new service business through prospecting, networking, and in-person visits
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and their fleets
  • Promote our priority service, fast turnaround times, and dedicated commercial facility
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance programs and long-term partnerships
  • Track activity, accounts, and opportunities within CRM systems
