Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical field or within an IT customer support role (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and work with complex software systems
  • Ability to understand and present high level data
  • Ability to confidently and accurately multi-task issues
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with clients
  • Enthusiasm for emerging technologies
  • Must be able to support shift schedule, including weekends
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively with other individuals
  • Must be able to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors, and contractors
  • Must be able to visually inspect tools, vehicle, equipment, and/or machines
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
  • Must have a good driving record, with current FL driver's license
  • Must pass Beep AV operator training and certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Command Center Agents in our Autonomous Innovation Center (AIC).
  • Monitor autonomous shuttles in real time, ensuring safe and consistent operations across all routes.
  • Interact regularly with vehicle operators to support on-the-ground needs and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for our customer, JTA, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Report on key operational metrics and performance trends to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage real-time escalations and ensure swift, effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to solve operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement in incident response and technical procedures.
  • Serve as a technical expert, guiding your team and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
