About The Position
The Command Center Manager is responsible for overseeing real-time operations of the autonomous fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of all missions. This role leads the Command Center team, including Dispatch and Remote Assistance, and serves as the central point of coordination for operational decision-making, incident response, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in autonomy operations, logistics, fleet management, or similar field
- Experience leading real-time operations or control centers
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation
- Experience with dispatch systems or fleet operations platforms
- Able to travel up 35%

- Experience leading teams in high-pressure environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and Program manage the command center operations
- Oversee the entire fleet dispatch and remote assistance process
- Incident management and escalation process development and management
- Develop processes and procedures and support development of tooling that enables future scale
- Coordinate cross-functionally within operations and among all other stakeholders to ensure mission success and continuity.
