About The Position

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for driven In-Home Sales Representatives who want to make an impact and grow with us. What You’ll Do As an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling!) to assess their needs and recommend customized comfort solutions. You’ll guide them through the process with confidence, care, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven success in in-home or consultative sales (HVAC experience a plus, but not required)
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for helping people
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Meeting with residential customers in their homes to assess HVAC needs
- Presenting tailored solutions and closing deals on the spot
- Following up on warm leads and referrals—no door knocking required
- Collaborating with install and service teams for a seamless customer experience
- Staying current on product knowledge and industry trends
