Requirements

  • Sales Experience – 2+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, solar, windows, or other home services preferred)
  • HVAC Familiarity – Understanding of heating and cooling systems is helpful, but we’ll train the right candidate
  • Customer-Focused – Strong ability to connect with homeowners and build trust through transparent communication
  • Excellent Communication – Clear, confident, and empathetic communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Driven & Goal-Oriented – Self-motivated with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Detail-Oriented – Able to craft precise estimates and communicate scope clearly
  • Clean Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM software like Service Titan or willing to learn quickly

Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultations – Visit customers’ homes and provide professional consultations for HVAC system replacements
  • Sales & Recommendations – Present customized HVAC solutions based on the homeowner’s comfort, budget, and efficiency goals
  • Building Quotes – Create detailed, accurate project estimates and follow up with customers to help move sales forward
  • Customer Satisfaction – Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to post-installation follow-up
  • Technical Knowledge – Stay informed on new HVAC systems, high-efficiency upgrades, and emerging technology
  • Clear Communication – Explain system benefits, warranty coverage, and financing options in simple, clear language
  • Project Coordination – Work closely with our install and service teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building – Maintain customer relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
  • CRM Utilization – Use Service Titan or similar software to manage leads, proposals, and sales pipeline efficiently
