Requirements

  • HVAC Sales Experience: Previous experience in HVAC sales and a solid understanding of the HVAC industry is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.

  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultations: Spend 2-3 hours at customers' homes to understand their needs and provide customized HVAC solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations, highlighting special promotions, equipment benefits, and available options.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Customer Care: Uphold the company's standards of integrity and customer service, representing the customer professionally.
  • Schedule: This is an outside sales role that requires schedule flexibility, including availability beyond standard business hours to support customers and business needs.
