Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills (Tablet / HMI / Scanners / Labels)
• Basic math skills
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and comprehension)
• Train on and complete OJTs for all required job classifications within 18 months
• Maintain status and certifications in each classification.
• Ability to multi-task and perform various job duties.
• Ability to communicate with Supervision.
• Follow all work and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, the Combo Operator will have the ability to perform several job functions in the facility.
• Ability to cross-train in multiple classifications and fulfill responsibilities based on department and plant needs.
• Required classifications are the following: Special Batch Mixer/Filler
• Batch Mixer/Filler Blending
• Batch Mixer/Filler UV
• Pumper
• Certified Tub Washer
• Forklift
• Ability to monitor and record indicators to ensure correct operations (pressure readings, temperature readings, agitator speeds, etc)
• Other duties as assigned.
